Duties and Responsibilities
· Supervising the both security guards and the guardettes from
the outside parking lot to the ninth floor of the Parkside tower.
· Checking the security OB and following up the event.
· Coordinating with the police in case of any crime incident involving
ZAIN Kenya properties. i.e. boosters, vehicles or shops.
· Patrolling across all their shops and booster across the region
to confirm if all is okay.
· Reporting directly to the security manager on daily basis on security activities.
· Providing the security manager with the monthly security report.

TRANSPORT OFFICER.
· Recruit both Drivers and turn boys
· Following up daily routine of all company vehicle movements
with their driver from all the company branches.
· Responding to any incident or accident involving the company
vehicle and working close with the traffic police solving the problem
and notify the management of the occurrence.
· Making sure that all company vehicles are in good condition
and are taken for minor and major services on time as required.
· Feeling the vehicle service card on daily basis whenever any vehicle
is brought to the garage for any repair or fault, which then helps the
company to pay the garage for the service issued.
· Meeting and communicating with the garage manager in case of any
service complain.
