Purpose of Position
Ensure successful Monitoring and Evaluation function within the project aimed at contributing to improved implementation and reporting.
Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:
Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Public Health, Environmental Health or an equivalent field
Minimum of three year experience in M&E
Experience with Global Fund M&E is an added advantage
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Working knowledge of data/statistical programmes e.g. SPSS, Stata etc
Experience working with MOH at county and National level
Experience in project management cycle
Self-driven and passionate
Ability to work under tight schedules and with highly competing priorities.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Strong written and oral communication skills
