Main Purpose of Role

To establish, build and generate on-going business for ViewMedia’s satellite broadcast platforms in East Africa

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with manager and marketing to draw up and implement plan of market engagement in terms of who, what and where
  • Qualification of leads and pipeline
  • Meet targets
  • Build relationships with TV channels, broadcasters, OTT providers, and other key industry media players
  • Maintain sales activity records and reports on CRM system
  • Manage sales and account management processes
  • Forecast revenue
  • Travel to customers in region to generate business and maintain relationships
  • Skills, Attributes & Knowledge

  • 3+ years direct sales experience
  • Broadcast industry experience
  • Worked for a small-medium sized company
  • International business experience
  • Experience with religious broadcasters
