Job Description
The postholder will troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required as well as maintaining social media website and other duties as assigned.
Key Specific Duties include:
- Communication to Management on major incident progress.
- Problem-fixing all incidents, requests and other calls.
- Provide guidance on the quality of replacement spares and parts.
- Application and Network links monitoring, reporting and follow-up for resolution.
- Provide desk support to end users
- Hardware/Software installations
- Communication to Management on major incident progress.
- Perform hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Have experience in computer hardware maintenance (PCs/Monitors/Printers)
- Carry out other tasks as requested by the company management.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in IT,
- At least 2 years working experience in IT Support or IT customer care skills will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in Windows7/XP support and basic Database knowledge, use of remote administration)
- Any experience in Security Industry will be added advantage but not mandatory
