Assist the Operations and Admin team in performing administrative and clerical tasks to support the organization’s daily operations and management:
Attend meetings with the clients to come up with a comprehensive Minutes of the Meeting
Worked on the recording of the Minutes of the meeting (status of content, upcoming events, photoshoots, LPOs, payments/invoices, presenting the report, campaigns, etc.
Assess the support team’s efficiency and proficiency. May also include helping the management in resolving operational issues and monitoring daily workflows and planning and creating safeguards to ensure that problems that may come won’t arise.
Coordinating with the Translators and Proofreaders for all translation needs.
Uploading all translations received on the monday.com board and tagging the necessary approver/s
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
