Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of employee compensation and benefits
Responsible for the optimization of labor costs
Create a healthy and safe working environment for employees
Responsible for the maintenance of employee relations
University Degree in HR or its equivalent
3 -4 years of HR work experience
Familiar with software related to Salary and benefits (SAP,EHR,ERP)
Integrity and Honesty
