Safariwatch Limited offers Fleet Management solutions to our clients. We are the local distributors of the Fleetroot Fleet Management Systems and the NTSA approved Blakk Boxx Speed Governor. Under Fleetroot we have Fleet solutions geared specifically for different market segments eg School Bus Commute, Rental and Lease Cars systems, and also Last Mile delivery module systems. Among the services offered are vehicle Realtime Fuel Monitoring, Tracking, Driver behaviour, Fleet Maintenance platform, speed governors and other fleet solutions.

Our company is looking for the person to spearhead the Fleet business. The ideal candidate will oversee all the operations from prospecting to sales, doing proposals, closing deals, delivery, installations and training of the clients. The Fleet Sales Manager will be overall in charge of setting up the budgets and ensuring these are met at all times. The manager will be responsible for employing staff members, motivating them and ensuring the staff meet the set objectives and KPIs. The following are the expected requirements of the Fleet Sales Manager

5 or more years experience handling a similar management role in a company offering fleet solutions
Proven leadership skills and especially working with teams.
A degree or higher diploma in a relevant field
Have worked as a Sales Team Leader with proven track record.
Worked under strict targets and KPIs and scaled them
Very well developed people’s skills- both written and spoken
Ability to Multitask and handle several things at the same time
Prior experience motivating teams and marshalling them to meet common goals
Good reputation in the market and a good referral network
Innovative, Inquisitive individual with a positive mental attitude of “can do” always.
Advanced IT operational skills.
Good proposal writing skills
Have set up dealerships prior and worked in a dealer network
Work towards and meet all license requirements as set by the law
Grow the Fleet business to be respected and beneficial to all the stakeholders.
Previous experience working with a CRM will be an added advantage.

Terms:

Must be available immediately
Work under a hybrid contract covering both a retainer and Commissions earned on attainment of set targets
Work independently without supervision
Travel round the country frequently per work demand.
