Peponi School, Ruiru is looking to appoint a Registrar who will join our developing Marketing department. We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and passionate individual with a love for education.

Profile of the Registrar for the Peponi Schools

The Registrar is the front-line representative of the school to prospective pupils and their families. She or he must enthusiastically and persuasively represent the spirit, culture, and core values of the Peponi schools to current and prospective pupils and parents in an articulate manner.

This includes the way the individual leads a very dynamic Admissions Office and works strategically to attract and build each new cohort to benefit Peponi as a learning community.

It also involves management of the applicant pool and enrolment targets through systematic and efficient handling of applications, communication of sensitive decisions and issues with candidates and their parents, tours of the schools, enrolment data management and analysis, coordinating arrangements for admissions testing, securing of necessary student credentials, and communicating final decisions to the appropriate individuals.
