2023 Catering Coordinator (Athi River Day School)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Keeping working area clean throughout the day
Ensuring that the prescribed uniform is worn and is neat and clean
Ensure clear documentation on key Stored areas are implemented
Planning for procurement of stock and non stock items
Receipt of products, Documentation and storage
Keep clear and auditable stores and stocks control management system
Vendors accounts reconciliation and payments proceeds
Manage and process day to day schools catering information requests
Coordinate school campus stores and best practices
Follow through events and functions information
From time to time follow through with customers feedback for completeness of actions or trigger to continuous improvement
Provide advice to the team based on Costs vs Consumption trends data
Performing any other duties delegated the Catering Services manager
ABOUT YOU:
Skills and Qualifications required
Certificate in Store Management
Computer Skills(Excel)
You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
You are able to work well and meet strict deadlines with minimum supervision.
You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Work experience is preferred but not a must.
