Job Summary
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representative to promote our mobile application M tek and become part of our young and Vibrant team.
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customersto inform them about MTEK products
Ask questions to understand customerrequirements and close sales and answer towards all requirements prospectsmight have
Keep records of all calls and salesand note useful information as well as update the database.
Direct leads to field sales whenneeded and generally go the extra mile.
Qualification.
Most important you are an excellentcommunicator and have superior people skills
You are comfortable presenting theproducts of Mtek over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
You have the ability to learn aboutour products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
You have excellent knowledge inEnglish and preferable other local vernaculars
You are cool tempered and can handlepotential rejection.
Requirement
At least 2 years of Telesales experience
Previous active sales experience
A relevant diploma or University degree
Excellent computer skills
Fluent in English and Swahili
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Loyalty and integrity.
