Onboard and establish relationships with new customers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by checking on the clients regularly by identifying and respond to client needs as and when they arise
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships
Develop detailed knowledge of all existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
Meet set sales target on a monthly basis for all products
Participate in out of office activation activities with an aim of bringing in new business and meeting new prospective clients

Momentum Credit was founded on the 29th of July 2013 and was formerly known as Platinum Bridging Capital Limited.
