Project Manager

The impact you will make

In this role you will be responsible for oversight of strategic business projects from initiation through to completion; including business process analysis, risk and change management.
You will lead, develop and implement processes, procedures and policies relevant to strategic project management; including strategic priority setting, organizational change management and continuous improvement. Act as the Project Manager for these special projects including leading the project teams, monitoring timelines addressing any issues or challenges related to or arising from the projects.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the overall project team output, budget and business case creation for project members and their new initiative.
Developing and managing the projects to facilitate RejaReja’s short term & long term growth plan given set timelines.
Contributes to developing comprehensive risk assessment and budgets during project conception for new initiatives in the project team.
Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule; asking for help, and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary.
Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live
Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or sub-task.
Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to strategically develop, implement and optimize sourcing processes
Mobilizes cross-departmental colleagues & resources through effective liaison, to create project teams capable of completing effective quality work.
Handling the human resource arm of the sourcing team by recruiting, orienting, training employees & overseeing daily operations
Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading
Reports to Project Management Officer

What we are looking for

Proven working experience in project management with project management software tools experience.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project life cycles
Strong leadership skills and ability manage diverse staff with excellent organizational & time management skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in an agile environment with excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
