Business Solutions Specialist
Utilize GeoPoll’s expansive list of survey modes (CATI, CAPI, CAWI, IDI, FGD, SMS, IVR, Mobile Web) to offer creative data collection solutions in difficult research environments
Provide guidance and a framework in the fields of data collection, survey modes and sampling methodologies to the Business Development and Portfolio teams (project execution teams) to support proposal submission and the successful implementation of projects
Use Survey Design principles to provide advisory support to GeoPoll team members
Select, onboard, and assess GeoPoll’s international data collection partners to ensure that GeoPoll’s data quality standards are met
Collaborate with the Business Development team and design customized data collection solutions that fit the needs of our clients
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in basic survey analysis (data cleaning data coding, pivot tables, descriptive statistics)
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the Social Sciences or Market Research
Previous work experience with both Quantitative and Qualitative data collection methodologies. (CATI, CAPI, CAWI, IDI, FGD, SMS, IVR, Mobile Web)
Must show excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow through and execute tasks in a timely manner
Strong cross-departmental communication skills
Experience with fast paced work environments
Familiarity working in multicultural work environments
Independent self-starter with the ability to take direction from GeoPoll’s Business Solutions Manager
Professional experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
