Lead ITR Commercial Excellence Manager

Job Description Summary

This role will be responsible for maintaining a consolidated ITR sales pipeline with associated analytics, in partnership with the supporting functions. He/she will ensure the standard processes with rigor so that data is shared quickly, is easily understood, and is trusted.

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain services opportunity pipeline and associated analytics for pipeline, forecasting and demand planning.
Maintain the Commercial Bowler Metrics – track and monitor team Key Performance Indices; highlighting and promoting actions for pivoting were necessary
Work closely with the Operational Excellence Leader to align on improvement efforts across the ITR landscape
Support Sales Team with tools respect to NEX and Outage Data Accuracy and maintain defects dashboards.
Drive lean and continuous improvement efforts to advance Commercial Excellence whilst collaborating with the Lean Leader
Support Sales Team with respect to Outage deep-dive and installed base coverage to anchor opportunities in the space.
Run and own all reports necessary in respect to Pipeline, Entitlement vs Participation, etc. This includes planning and budgeting activities for the ITR service space.
Conduct and support Commercial Audits as needed – support with investigation & ultimate resolution of NCRs as needed.
Drive process rigor – understand and enforce adherence to processes and procedures such as the R Process, ITO Handover Process, POA Signatory Process.
Co-ordinating of commercial training sessions for the Region
Active participation in the NEX Design Review Board to improve the NEX Tool as well as UAT & roll-out of other commercial tools
Support Sales teams to achieve commercial metrics, including but not limited to Commitment, Order and CM

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
5+ years’ experience in  business operations, sales, sales operations, Finance or quality
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical & process improvement skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
