Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Help with daily time management.
Run errands as requested.
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
Handle all the filling and sourcing of  tenders
Telemarketing
Organise and schedule appointments.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system for all human resource documents
Sometimes assist in digital Marketing

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in any related field
4-5 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, and comfortable working independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
