Creative Designer

About the role:

BURN is looking for a Creative Designer who will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing layouts, and designing internal communications. He/she will work around graphic design, social media, website design, video design, and photography.

Duties and responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Develop creative concepts through brainstorms and team collaboration.
Collect briefs from stakeholders.
Layout Design (brochures, posters, packaging collateral, and general Point Of Sale Material etc.)
Design internal communications, templates for presentations and newsletters.
Ensure adherence to BURN’s branding guide

Social Media

Digital Design (Social Media Banners, Digital ads etc.)
Assist in digital content development.

Website Design.

Carry out basic content updates on the company website.

Video Design.

Create motion graphics when needed (GIFs and videos).
Shoot videos on set or on location.
Edit new videos and/or update existing ones as desired.

Photography.

Provide support in product photoshoots
Support in photoshoots during events and company ceremonies
Edit photos to enhance them for optimum storytelling and usage.

Qualifications & Skills desirable.

Proficiency in Adobe Products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom etc.)
Three (3) years industry experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Hands on experience in photography and photo editing
Hands on experience in videography and video editing
Prove basic website design skills and knowledge (Content Management Systems, HTML etc.)
Understanding of the latest social media trends and practices
Any extra design-related certification is an added advantage
