Oncology Brand Manager SSA

The successful candidate will assist in designing, implementing and evaluating the marketing activities of assigned products including innovative solutions (may include digital, social media, retail). Review of marketing programs and help implement changes. You will assist in analysis of market data to identify key segment drivers and work in conjunction with sales and other cross functional teams.

We are looking for a Brand leader who will push forward in the fast-paced Oncology space, rise to the challenge of making quick decisions and seeing them through.

Some areas of focus for this role will include:

Designs and implements Marketing activities of assigned oncology portfolio including innovative digital solutions.
Review Marketing programs and implements program changes.
Preparation of brand plans, launch plans and conducting the product launches.
Develop and build Key customer engagements, collect insights and develop tailored Marketing communications.
Works with analysts to analyze market data and identify key growth drivers.
Liaises with cross functional teams & external agencies to ensure seamless execution of Marketing plans.
Contributes to Brand strategy, creativity of product packaging, presentation and promotional activities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Basic Sciences.
MBA in Marketing or relevant stream.
Experience of Oncology marketing or sales.
Exposure to Sub-Saharan Africa markets.
Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience.
Understanding of Sub-Sahara Healthcare environment.
