Primary Purpose of Position:

The role will primarily consist of reviewing training records for students who have completed their study to ensure all relevant company requirements have been met including:

  • Applications and enrolment forms completed in full
  • Been successfully graded in enough subjects to qualify for a certificate
  • Verify whether a certificate was produced within 1 day of completion
  • On average between 50-200 students complete study a month. All these records are to be audited and a well-structured and easy to read report delivered to the director by the end of the first week of the next month.


  • Produce reports on all qualification certificates produced within a calendar month
  • Audit the student records associated with the certificates produced in line with organisation and management goals
  • Produce a monthly, easy to read and use Google Sheets report for management. This report should outline, among other things, areas where student records match organisation goals and areas where they don’t
  • Create charts and spreadsheets within the above mentioned monthly report where relevant. Please type, Database whizz, at the top of your application to verify you’ve read the entire job description
  • Send these reports to management for use in evaluating multiple key functions of the organisation
  • Complete other relevant related tasks as required by management
