Job Duties
Provide day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Payroll preparation with consideration of all relevant data including absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources in all HR matters
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc
Coordinate HR projects including meetings, training, surveys etc and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Communicate required information to staff and keep the updated to the new changes
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Ensure total statutory compliance
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management in a recognized institution
Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in busy manufacturing set up
Experience in using Payroll software. Candidates with SAGE HR & Payroll software knowledge will be added advantage
Advanced MS Excel skills
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Proactive and Accountable skills
Willing to work outside Nairobi metropolitan
